A We are a professional bag manufacturer since 2006. We have rich experience in bag field.

Q 2. What's your main products?
A We produce all kinds of bags. Our main products are backpack/rucksack, school bag/book bag, travel bag/sport bag/duffel bag, cooler bag/insulated bag, tote bag/hand bag, shoulder bag/messenger bag/sling bag, laptop/computer bag, diaper bag/mummy bag,trolley bag,briefcase bag etc.

Q 3. What's the materials you use for the bags?
A Usually, We use the main materials include polyester, nylon, canvas, jeans, leather, PU and PVC etc.

Q 4. What's the MOQ?
A Usually, the MOQ is 500~2000 pcs. It depends on the bag size,colours,materials and style. Please contact us about different items and styles. Thanks !

Q 5. What's the delivery time ?
A Usually, the production time is 25-45 days after order confirmed. But it may take longer or shorter time up to different order quantity and bag styles.

Q 6. What's your sample policy?
A 1) Free samples can be sent to you by courier with freight collect. So, please inform us your courier account number when you ask a samle.
2) Paid samples are available as per your requirements and specifications.

Q 7. How can I know the order status?
A We will acknowledge receipt of your order by e-mail. Some further emails will be sent to you to check about the production details of your goods. We will contact you if we have any questions about productions. If you don't receive any email from us, which means your production goes smoothly and will be shipped as our contract. You can also contact us if you have any question.

Q 8. How you control the quality?
A When order is confirmed, we will immediately order all materials. Then, control quality as per below process: 1) All materials have the procedure of inspection when entrance.
2) All products have pre-production samples confirmed by QC department before putting into production lines.
3) QC department sets up the system of following and inspection for every order.
4) Every production line has special QC.
5) Every finished product must be passed the inspection before shipment.

Q 9. What's your payment terms?
A 1) T/T, 30% deposit when order confirmed, the balance 70% before shipping.
2) Irrevocable L/C at sight.

Q 10. Can you produce as per our customized designs?
A Yes, we can produce as per your customized designs. We do OEM for many famous brands for so many years.

Q 11. What's the standard of the materials you use?
A As per customers' requirement, we can make the products to meet standard such as AZO free, low cadmium, low lead, EN 71, european REACH etc.

Q 12. Can I buy the promotional bags?
A Yes, we almost produce 1.5 million pcs of bag for customers' promotion.

A As per customer's requirements, we can also provide China Sourcing Services, we can source other goods for you.
